Hitchcock's vegence from beyond the grave

I tried to wake up early this morning to finish some school work, but snoozed instead, thinking that I'd still have enough time. Little did I know, my senses were about to turn my body into a dizzy puke machine (I didn't know what else to say. really, I tried).

It had been about an hour after I had woken up, and I was making breakfast. I eat an "egg n' bread" just about every morning. It used to be an egg n' cheese sandwich, but unfortunately, my budget just doesn't allow me such luxuries. As I took a bite, I felt half of the hearing in my right ear go out. I was slightly alarmed, but thought that it would go away (which of course it didn't). Then I started to notice my balance was worsening. I couldn't hold my head up, or walk in a strait line since my ear was fucking up. I viewed it as an interesting experience until I threw up. I'll try and explain the feeling (it helps if you are a binge drinker): end of the night, you've had too much to drink, and when you lay down, the room spins. Simple right? It's just the spins. Well it's a lot worse when you actually remember what you've been doing for the last two hours and you're biggest concern isn't whether or not that girl you talked to still thinks you're cool.

My roommate took me to the university health center, and they met me at the door with a wheelchair (since I could barely walk). I felt so weak. They gave me some medication to calm the nausea and dizziness. I went in feeling like a 9 (extreme pain/excruciating) and left feeling like a 2 (uncomfortable/slight pain). I feel a lot better though! It was just a strange day.

I had positional vertigo. It sucks and I hope you never get it because you will hate everything. But at least you can be mean to people and forgiven (because they know you feel bad).
